Problems with in-app purchases

In-app purchase items not showing

  • Try to reopen WidgetCat app and Wait 30–60 seconds, then tap PRO✨ button.

  • Try to restart your phone, then open WidgetCat APP and Wait 30–60 seconds.

Make sure you're allowed WidgetCat to use Data

  1. Start the Settings app.

  2. Tap "Cellular"

  3. In the Cellular Data section, which may take a few moments to load, choose WidgetCat , by swiping the appropriate switch to the left. Any app with a gray switch won't be allowed to access mobile data.
